Carb cycling is an eating method that is a useful addition to certain eating plans. The premise behind it to replenish glycogen stores within the muscles to improve fitness.
This is something that I was unaware of when I was on the keto diet. I was exercising the same amount, had depleted my glycogen and was feeling fatigued. I did not know about carb cycling and ultimately gave up on keto.
