E- Even a child is known by his actions
E is for Eating: Eat like you did when you were a child. Most children eat for sustenance, and not for pleasure or out of pain. Remember days that you lamented that your little one “just would not eat today?”, it’s because they were very in tune with their bodies. They were not triggered by the clock to eat, or by the anxiety they felt. They ate when they were hungry and stopped when they were full.
Eat like a child. Eat when you are hungry, stop when you are full. Don’t finish your plate.
