D- Do everything without complaining or arguing. Philippians 2:14
D is for Doing: Do pay attention to how your body feels when you are feeling stressed and are tempted to eat.
Being anxious or angry can result in over eating in an attempt to get your mind off of the issue at hand.
Remember that YOU are in control of your emotions, not the other way around. Don’t express your anger, and you will feel less angry.
Don’t complain or argue and you will feel less negative. Yup. It’s that simple.
Sometimes lifestyle choices are more about spiritual health, and your choices that you make to try to alleviate your spiritual distress harms your body.
